1. Product Description Dulux Professional Interior Sealer A500 is a good quality primer having good adhesion to interior masonry surfaces, both new and previously decorated such as brickwork, plaster, cement, fibre boards, etc. It is specially formulated to give good filling property. Correct application of primer ensures better quality and durability of the finished coat. 2. Application Description Surface Preparation Dry Sanding, flame cutting and/or welding of the dry paint film will give rise to dust and/or hazardous fumes. Wet sanding should be used wherever possible. If exposure cannot be avoided by the provision of local exhaust ventilation, suitable respiratory protective equipment should be used. New concrete/plaster surface should be allowed to mature properly. Ensure that the surface is clean, dry, free from all loose particles, dust, dirt, grease, wax etc. before application. All surfaces should be thoroughly rubbed down using a suitable abrasive paper and thereafter wiped off. Suitable remedial measures should be taken in case of water seepage/leakage problems. Fungus affected areas need separate treatment. Application Tools By roller, brush or airless spray (nozzle width 0.5mm to 0.7mm) Dilution Dilute 2 parts of Interior Sealer A500 with 1 part of clean water by volume. Note: Excessive dilution from that recommended will result in low coverage and may impact application properties and color.
